this weeks runs

Hey Ladies, Diane and I are running tomorrow from courts plus at 6 am. for 6 miles. We like to run Mondays, and take tuesdays off so we are not running 3 days in a row.....we are old! Come join us! I am pretty sure we will be doing our 8 miles from courts also on Wed, probably at 6......

Anonymous said...: I will NOT be running outside this week- except for Saturday. My poor foot was really bothering me on Saturday. I think pounding the pavement for 9 miles really did me in.

Luckily, I go to the podiatrist tomorrow (Dr. Hoffsomer from Dakota). Hopefully we'll be able to figure out what's wrong and come up with a treatment plan.

Until then, I'm making friends with my treadmill...it's more forgiving on my poor feet! I did 4 this morning without too much trouble!

The "geri's" are running at 6:00 am from Courts for an easy 8!
We, being so blessed with years of wisdom, have a backup plan to pack for finishing inside if the snow piles up and we go short..we can finish back at Courts. Have a good run, youngsters!; April 10, 2007 at 8:20 PM
