Happy Hump Day and Birthday to Jen and my Libby's 1st!!!
Several of us are meeting this Saturday morning with the Red River Runners at the downtown Y at 6 am for a 6-7 mile run. Then we are meeting at Luna Coffee at 8:30. Our lovely WHOR GI Jane is going to be in town for coffee and possibly the run, pending her "date" plans.

Happy Birthday to Jen, Libby and Lady G's Eric. Whew - this was a busy day!!
I have to get my sister to the airport Saturday by 6:00 a.m., so I won't join you for running, but I will be there for coffee at Luna's.
Happy Birthday All! Looks like there is a group running at the lake on Sat. 7:00 am leaving from DL pavillion. LakeWHORs are: Benita, Ann, Kit, Diane?, Kim? and Sheri. Looks like we are doing 10 or so miles, may have Randy the "water-boy". Stay tuned for up-dates.

I'll be at the Lake run- Some are doing 11 miles, I hope to do 14. Kit's mom is taking over Randy's water boy duties.

I will be running the lake run....wish I could be in both places! I'm on vacation starting tomorrow until Aug 6..... If you are in the Perham area....call my cell and let's run!

I plan to hit the lake too --I want to run a little farther and getting out of town is good incentive to do so. I'm looking forward to the change of scenery.

Lake WHORS......don't forget to pack your swimsuit, let's take a ride on the slide.....of course last year everyone went in their clothes.....whatever floats your boat. Coffee maybe after? There is a cute place right on the main drag....can't remember the name....Jen?
Okay..Saturday morning coffee ladies! I PROBABLY won't be there at 9:00.....I DO have a date....OMG...his family reunion. What a way to start out, huh? What was I thinking? He's quite a bit younger than I am...I'll probably have more in common with his parents! hahahaha. I'll call with arrival time in case you are all still at coffee. Who knows, I may be home by 8:30 (bedtime.) OMG.
GI Jane - Have a great time on the family date. He must be impressed if he is already letting you meet the family:-)
Lake Ladies - I will be there tomorrow a.m. I am still not feeling real great, so my mileage is undetermined. I will probably try 10 to 11, I don't think I will be able to do 14 quite yet.
